Our Approach
We're a small team dedicated in preserving summer’s best produce. Quality and integrity drive everything that we do. Our process is simple, source the fruit locally and add nothing to it. We believe great results come from choosing fruit at its peak ripeness and careful attention to our freeze-drying process.
Our Products
Freeze-dried cherries, blueberries, and strawberries blend natural sweetness with careful preservation, capturing fresh flavor and nutrients without additives. Their crisp, airy texture makes them ideal as a refined snack, garnish, or gourmet ingredient, offering pure berry and cherry perfection in every bite.
The fruit varieties that make up this pack are sourced within the Central Otago region. Strawberries from Waikerikeri, Blueberries from Roxburgh, and Cherries from Alexandra.

Freeze-dried stone fruit preserve the vibrant flavor and color of fresh apricots, nectarines, and peaches in a light, crisp form. They offer a convenient, shelf-stable snack ideal for baking, cereals, or salads—a healthy treat without added sugars or preservatives.
The fruit varieties that make up this pack are sourced within the Central Otago region. Flatto peaches from Clyde, Apricots from Tarras, and Nectarines from Earnscleugh.
Micro-seasonal runs: small-batch feijoas —tart, floral, honeyed acidity; peacharines—nectarine sweetness with peach perfume in crisp wedges; or red Kiwi fruit—intense, tangy, jewel-toned morsels for granola, baking, or snacking.
Locally sourced Central Otago fruit, nothing added. These are micro batches, only a few crates at a time. Once out of stock, they won’t be available again until next season.
